Real Projects. Real Results.
Every flip we teach comes from real-world experience. Below, you’ll find actual properties we’ve purchased, renovated, and sold right here in the Bay Area.
Soule Ave
We acquired this mid-century ranch-style home originally built in 1947 and reimagined it for modern Bay Area living. The scope included a complete kitchen renovation, adding a legal 600 sq ft ADU with full kitchen, transforming the backyard into an entertainer’s oasis with a pool and outdoor kitchen, and opening up the interior for a light‑filled, open floor plan.

Mira Vista
We acquired this classic 1956 mid-century home with sweeping Bay views, 3 beds, 2 baths, and approximately 2,065 sq ft on a terraced ~7,000 sq ft lot. Our scope included a full interior update to modern open-concept living, refreshed decks to maximize the stunning outlooks, and backyard terracing to enhance outdoor living.

Jamie Dr
We transformed this 2,181 sq ft, 4-bed, 3-bath home in the sought-after Lime Ridge area of Concord. The renovation focused on opening up the floor plan, installing new flooring and cabinetry, modernizing bathrooms, and enhancing natural light to create a bright, contemporary living space.

Evelyn Ave
We acquired this mid-century, 3-bed/1-bath ranch in Pleasant Hill’s Gregory Gardens neighborhood. The scope included a full cosmetic and strategic refresh—new kitchen with quartz counters, updated flooring, modern fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint both inside and out—to elevate the home’s appeal while maintaining its classic charm.

Helen Dr
We acquired this classic 1950s ranch in Gregory Gardens. With 3 beds, 1 bath, and 1,331 sq ft on a spacious lot, we executed a strategic cosmetic flip: new floors, fresh paint, a fully remodeled bathroom, recessed lighting, and a kitchen update with stainless appliances, solid-surface counters, and an open layout into the family room.
